HSN brings together senior leaders with experience spanning government, healthcare, technology, defense, and commercial innovation. Our team includes former government executives, military leaders, healthcare strategists, operational experts, and private-sector entrepreneurs who have worked at the intersection of policy, acquisition, technology, and large-scale transformation.

We help commercial companies navigate complex government environments by combining real-world operational experience with practical execution strategies. Our team understands how government decisions are made, how federal programs operate, and how innovative commercial capabilities can be successfully aligned to mission needs, acquisition pathways, and long-term growth opportunities.

Advises clients on government policies and procurement, federal acquisition strategy and winning contracts, drug and device approvals, coding and coverage decisions, healthcare transformation, and deployment of innovative commercial capabilities into government environments.

Former Organizations:
Department of Defense Military Health System and TRICARE Health Plan, White House Domestic Policy Council and Office of Science and Technology, United States Senate Legislative Counsel. He also held senior leadership roles in major commercial health insurance plans, and was a serial entrepreneur in four startups with successful growth trajectories and exits.

Head of operations, ensuring client engagements are executed with precision, consistency, and responsiveness. Serves as the operational backbone of the firm, coordinating across clients, consultants, and leadership to deliver high-quality outcomes across complex, multi-stakeholder engagements.

Gilead Sciences business partner for information technology implementations, multiple roles at Nokia Corporation in human resources business partnering and information technology.

Advises clients on defense strategy, enterprise transformation, and aligning commercial capabilities with national security priorities. She brings a deep understanding of how strategy translates into execution within complex government environments.

Chief Medical Officer for the Veterans Health Administration, Deputy Undersecretary of Health for Department of Veterans Affairs, staff United States Senate, Clinical Assistant Professor, CEO and Board Member of multiple healthcare companies. She also held senior leadership roles in leading health technology organizations, where she helped drive the development and deployment of enterprise digital health solutions.
